Refund & Exchange Policy – Masterpiece

At Masterpiece, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Defects must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Clear proof of the defect (photos or video) is required.

• After review and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a refund, replacement, or exchange will be issued at management’s discretion.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery. If the item does not match the agreed specifications, it may be refused at the time of delivery without any financial obligation.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال – Masterpiece

نلتزم في Masterpiece بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة. يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع.

• يجب الإبلاغ عن العيب خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يشترط تقديم ما يثبت العيب (صور أو فيديو واضح).

• بعد مراجعة الحالة والتأكد من وجود عيب تصنيع، يتم استرجاع المبلغ أو استبدال المنتج أو استبداله بمنتج آخر حسب قرار الإدارة.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع التغليف الأصلي.

يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام. وفي حال عدم مطابقته للمواصفات المتفق عليها، يحق له رفض الاستلام دون أي التزام مالي.
