Shipping Policy – Masterpiece
We deliver everywhere in Egypt. We don't ship outside Egypt at the moment.
Delivery fees
- LE 100 to Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Qalyubia
- LE 130 to all other governorates
You'll see the exact fee at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery times
- Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Qalyubia: 1–2 working days
- All other governorates: 2–4 working days
We'll contact you to confirm your order before we send it, and message you when it leaves us. The courier will call the phone number you gave at checkout, so please keep it reachable.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery. You can open the package in front of the courier before paying. If the item doesn't match your order, refuse it on the spot and you owe nothing.
Free pickup
Collect your order for free from our showroom in First Settlement, New Cairo. We're open 11:00 to 18:00 and closed on Fridays. Message us on WhatsApp first so your item is ready.

نوصّل لكل محافظات مصر. لا نشحن خارج مصر حاليًا.
مصاريف الشحن
- 100 جنيه للقاهرة والجيزة وحلوان و6 أكتوبر والقليوبية
- 130 جنيه لباقي المحافظات
مدة التوصيل
- القاهرة والجيزة وحلوان و6 أكتوبر والقليوبية: 1–2 يوم عمل
- باقي المحافظات: 2–4 أيام عمل
الدفع
الدفع كاش عند الاستلام. تقدر تفتح الشحنة قدام المندوب قبل ما تدفع، ولو المنتج مش مطابق لطلبك ترفضه من غير أي التزام.
الاستلام من الفرع مجانًا
الفرع في التجمع الأول، القاهرة الجديدة. مواعيد العمل من 11 الصبح لـ 6 مساءً، والجمعة إجازة. ابعتلنا على واتساب الأول علشان نجهّز طلبك.
