Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Qalyubia: 1-2 working days. All other governorates: 2-3 working days. You will get a message when your order leaves us.
What does shipping cost?
100 EGP to Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Qalyubia. 130 EGP everywhere else in Egypt. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not at the moment. We deliver within Egypt only. If you are ordering from abroad, message us on WhatsApp at 01555218897 and we will tell you what is possible.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is how you pay. You settle the full amount with the courier when your order arrives. No prepayment, no card details required.
Can I inspect the order before paying?
Yes. Open the package in front of the courier. If the item does not match what you ordered, refuse it on the spot. You owe nothing.
Collection
Can I collect my order from the store?
Yes. We are in First Settlement, New Cairo. Message us on WhatsApp at 01555218897 to confirm your item is ready, then collect it in person. Store hours are 11:00 to 18:00, closed Fridays.
Sizing, exchanges and damage
How do I know my size?
Every product page lists its available sizes, and our Size Guide covers footwear conversions and belt lengths. If a piece sits between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your usual size in that brand and we will tell you straight.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Exchanges and refunds are accepted for manufacturing defects only. Report the defect within 14 days of delivery with clear photos or video. The item must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging. Once we confirm the defect, we issue a replacement, exchange or refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered, so check the Size Guide before ordering.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph it before removing tags or packaging and send the photos to hi@mrpiece.com or WhatsApp 01555218897 within 14 days of delivery. Confirmed damage gets replaced or refunded.
