What the stages mean

Confirmed means we have received your order. Dispatched means it has left us and is with our courier. Out for delivery means the courier will call you on the number you gave at checkout, so keep your phone reachable. A missed call usually means a delayed delivery.

Delivery windows

Cairo, Giza, Helwan, 6th of October and Qalyubia: 1-2 working days. All other governorates: 2-3 working days.

Not arrived in time?

Message us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Collecting from the store

Prefer to pick it up? We are in First Settlement, New Cairo, open 11:00 to 18:00 and closed Fridays. Message us on WhatsApp first so we have your item ready.
