Refund & Exchange Policy – Masterpiece

Check before you pay

You can inspect your order when it's delivered. If the item doesn't match what you ordered, refuse it at the door and you owe nothing.

What we accept

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or a mistake on our side (wrong item, size or colour sent). We can't accept returns for change of mind or for a wrong size you ordered, so message us on WhatsApp before ordering if you're unsure.

How to start a return

  1. Within 14 days of delivery, send your order number and clear photos or video of the problem to WhatsApp 01555218897 or hi@mrpiece.com.
  2. We review it and confirm the next step.
  3. We arrange collection of the item. It must be unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging.

Delivery costs

If the problem is our fault (a defect or a wrong item sent), we arrange and pay for the return delivery.

Refunds and replacements

Once we receive the item back and confirm the problem, we issue a replacement, an exchange or a refund. Refunds are paid after the item reaches us.

عاين قبل ما تدفع

تقدر تفتح طلبك وتعاينه وقت الاستلام. لو المنتج مش مطابق لطلبك ترفضه من غير أي التزام.

إمتى نقبل الاسترجاع

نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حالة عيب التصنيع أو لو الغلط من عندنا (منتج أو مقاس أو لون غلط). مش بنقبل الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي أو طلب مقاس غلط، فابعتلنا على واتساب قبل الطلب لو مش متأكد.

إزاي تطلب استرجاع

  1. خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام، ابعت رقم الطلب وصور أو فيديو واضح للمشكلة على واتساب 01555218897 أو hi@mrpiece.com.
  2. هنراجع الحالة ونأكد لك الخطوة الجاية.
  3. هنرتب استلام المنتج، ولازم يكون غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية ومعاه التغليف الأصلي.

مصاريف الشحن

لو المشكلة من عندنا (عيب أو منتج غلط)، إحنا بنرتب شحن المرتجع وبندفع مصاريفه.

الاسترداد والاستبدال

بعد ما نستلم المنتج ونتأكد من المشكلة، بنبدّله أو بنرجّع الفلوس. الفلوس بترجع بعد وصول المنتج لينا.
